    HOW DOES THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT THAT I ORDER COMPARE TO OTHER INDIAN GROCERY STORES?

    • You will find the quality of the products to be the exact same as your local Indian grocery store. We receive our products and keep them in a air filtered warehouse that is regularly cleaned. The quality of our products is our top priority. 

    HOW ARE THE PRICES SO LOW? ARE THERE ANY OTHER FEES?

    • There are NO hidden fees. The only fee you pay is for standard shipping. Our prices are kept low compared to all other Indian Grocery sites because that is simply what we believe in. 

    CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?

    • Yes you can cancel your order IF it is within 24 hours. We start our packaging process within 24 hours of receiving the order. Once the packaging has started, we will not be able to cancel the order.

    DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS ON ORDERS?

    • At this time, due to COVID-19 and our safety precautions, we DO NOT accept any returns/exchanges. HOWEVER, customer satisfaction is our TOP priority. If there is an issue with your order and the mistake is ours, we will do our best to fix it and accommodate you. If you have an issue, please take a picture of your item and  contact our support staff right upon receiving your order.
